An iconic building
The Botanic Tower, originally named "Tour du Cadastre", was built in 1963 in the functionalist style by architect Henri Montois. At the time, it was the second skyscraper built in Brussels and one of the first buildings in Belgium to adopt the functionalist architectural style.
The Botanic Tower underwent a significant renovation in 2003 in the postmodern style. It now offers 30.162m² of office space spread across 18 floors. Situated in Brussels' bustling North District, just next to Brussels’ Botanical Gardens, the Victoria Tower & Iris Tower, and opposite the Covent Garden Tower, the Botanic Tower has been a notable part of the city's skyline since the 1960s, now a hub for modern high-rise offices.
In 2018, the ground floor received a major makeover. It now features a welcoming reception area with concierge services, designed to greet clients with warmth and efficiency. Additionally, there's a café on-site, providing a variety of food and drink options for visitors and tenants alike.
